BACKGROUND
Jeff has been in the IT industry for over 30 years and has been awarded Microsoft MVP status since 2009. In 2011 he earned the Exchange Microsoft Certified Master certification. He has been a Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional (MCITP) Enterprise Administrator since 2008 and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) since 1999. He holds Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certifications on Windows 2003, Windows 2000 and NT4 platforms. He also holds the Exchange specialty certifications (MCITP:Messaging Administrator and MCSE:Messaging), as well as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA:Messaging) and Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet (MCP+I) certifications. He has been a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) since 2007 and has performed numerous security audits and reviews. Jeff prides himself on his role as a trusted advisor and his ability to explain things to both technical and non-technical people in a way that makes them feel more secure and better understand their IT environment. He takes an active role in training and mentoring employees and management.
